Money moves only by policy
The treasury agent operates a token's creator-fee income within limits the creator sets and can change.
Fee collection
Reads the Pump.fun creator-fee vault from Solana and records every observation, including failures.
Allocation
Splits each confirmed claim by the policy version that was active at the time. Rounding remainders go to the treasury so the parts always add up, and re-running an allocation has no effect.
Buybacks and burns
Executes within per-trade and daily caps, cooldowns and maximum slippage. It stops automatically when an RPC, price or policy check fails.
Reserve
Keeps a minimum reserve that buybacks cannot spend below.
Control
Off by default. Only the token creator or an OTTO admin can activate, pause or change its policy.
