How it works
From launch to operations
OTTO never holds your keys. Every on-chain action is either signed by your wallet or bounded by a policy you approved.
Launch
You describe the token and optionally choose an initial buy. OTTO stores the image and metadata, builds the Pump.fun create transaction with the official SDK and simulates it. Your wallet signs and pays; the token is recorded only after Solana confirms the signature.
Creator fees
Pump.fun accrues creator fees to a vault tied to the creator wallet. OTTO reads that vault directly from Solana and records each reading with a timestamp. If a reading fails, it is stored as failed and figures are never estimated.
Treasury policy
Each token has a versioned policy that splits claimed fees between treasury, buybacks, creator, platform, reserve and burn. Shares must total exactly 100%. Every change creates a new version and an audit-log entry.
Agents
The treasury agent executes only within the policy limits: per-trade caps, daily caps, cooldowns and maximum slippage. The social agent reports confirmed activity only. Both are off until the creator activates them and can be paused at any time.
Transparency
Every treasury action links to its transaction signature on Solscan, so holders can verify what happened without trusting OTTO.
